Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your handmade item, and we understand things happen. We are here to help should something be amiss with your purchase.

If you decide the item is not for you, you may contact us within 14 days of receipt to request a refund or exchange. Item must be in original condition and unused.

Shipping costs are generally not refundable except in some special cases – such as;

  • your item arrives damaged, or is incorrect (which likely wont happen, but we know mistakes can occur – we’re all human)
    • We will exchange the item at no additional cost to you.
    • Please contact us right away (within 14 days of receiving the item) and send photos to admin@grafoxco.com. We may ask you to return the damaged/problematic item, in which case we will provide a printable return label/return mailer.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your returned item/approving your refund. Funds will be returned via your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 5 business days from the time your item was received or refund was approved, please contact us.

Clearance or Sample Items

If the item you purchased is marked “clearance” or “sample”, the sale is final. These items may not be exchanged or refunded.
